If it works, BIG if, the H20 has a superior tuner to many of todays ota tuners.
I'm not sure I agree, while the H20's tuner is pretty good with weak signals it is quite susceptible to multipath interference.
There have been a lot of improvements in tuners in the ~17 years since the H20's tuner was designed, and while I can readily believe its front end (especially the preamp) is of better quality than the average tuner today, the advances in signal processing to handle issues like multipath render it stone age by comparison.
