Battlestar Galactica -- Season 4

Could it be that the "end" of Battlestar Galactica will have the Galactica destroyed itself? The people live on ... but the Galactica itself goes "boom" ... kind of like Babylon 5 where with the last episode they destroy the space station ... wait and see I guess ...

Maybe Galactica will be reborn in a huge goo-tub?

What did you think of the Galactica's engine room? I thought it was really cool. Sure beats the Enterprise's warp drive pulsating light with some little crystal things in it ... :up

Special effects wise ... it will be sad to see this show go ...

It was cool... not overly high tech at all, like Serenity's engine room... functional.
This is pretty cool as it is from the Wiki, not gospel but... Timeline

This was in today's comics and I thought I'd share... :)

John Hodges as the neurosurgeon?! Priceless! A PC to fix a Toaster!

OK, question... so there are thirteen colonies twelve human and one presumably toasters? Anyhow there are twelve models that we know of; however, wouldn't it make scene if there were a thirteenth model to correspond to the thirteen tribes? Or even better yet, if the five are the created of all the models, and the humans created the five... maybe they created one, who created the five who created the rest? Just thought I would get your thoughts on this possible plot.

I hope they dont make all the answers overly complicated. So far everything is progressing nicely but some things, such as you mentioned above, are probably out of the range of this show. However they would make for a very interesting movie or mini series about the history of Kobol and Earth.

The 13th (model 7) is named Daniel right? From what I recall that was said Cavil screwed him up somehow. But did Ellen insinuate that his model was actually dead? My first nomination is Baltar because at times his identity and/or place in the universe tends to shift around. Sort of. We also know nothing about any potential parents of his. Also, since Daniel is a male name I would think it rules out Kara. So we would still not know what she is.

Oh and I also forsee a structurally upgraded Galactica going out in a blaze of glory fighting off Cavil and his forces with Adama going down with his ship. Its getting quite interesting.

I really enjoyed the episode, but am I the only one who thinks that they are rushing things lately. SOOO much being revealed in a short amount of time. I know this is the end, but it makes me wish they had another half season to really work it all in.

It is still one of the best seasons I think. I REALLY liked last week.

By the way, I pushed the active button last night, and BSG was the fourth most watched show by D* viewers during that time frame

I think that if Adama doesn't accept the inevitable (cylon tech will save their butts), then when Cavil/John catches up to them, it's going to be a bad ending for the Galactica... Baltar hasn't really shown any artistic talent...but Kara has...so this whole "Daniel" thing is a bit confusing. I have to watch it again, but I think Cavil told Ellen that the Daniel line was boxed...still, maybe Cavil's genetic sabotage that Ellen spoke of, resulted in Starbuck, which could explain how she came back from the dead, though I'd think she'd know she's a cylon by now, if she is indeed a cylon. This episode really messes with your mind! :D
