Well, thanks to the parity in the AL Central, my Tribe finds themselves only 5.5 games out of first, the same amount of games the almighty Yankees are out of first in the AL East.
Halfway through this upcoming road stand, (5 to 6) more games, we will officially be 25% done with the MLB regular season. I used the 40 game mark last year to reflect on what I thought so far of the season and to assess our chances for the remainder of the year. I am waiting to do the same this year. This road stand is instrumental to getting back on track.
If we can ever right the sinking ship that is the SS Cleveland Bullpen, then we can be competitive once again. Come on boys of summer! Let's go!!!!

I wonder if the Arby's deal is only in Metro Detroit. I went to the Tigers game on May 2 and afterwards the P.A. announcer said since the Tigers won you get a free pizza at Little Caesars. But when I went to get mine here in Flint they said its only valid in Metro Detroit so none for me. I could be wrong though since FSD is available statewide and then some...
Dontrelle wasn't too impressive last night. No movement on the fastball, and his curve wasn't breaking like it used to. I hope his next outing is better. One can never have enough pitching.
DETROIT (AP)—The Detroit Tigers have placed left-handed reliever Nate Robertson(notes) on the 15-day DL and are calling up pitcher Luke French from Triple-A Toledo.
The team said Thursday Robertson will be on the disabled list retroactive to May 6 with a lower-back muscle strain.
French will be in uniform for the Tigers’ game Thursday at Minnesota. The lefty has posted a 2-2 record in six starts with the Mud Hens, with a 2.91 ERA and 29 strikeouts.

Wasn't his fault. He didn't throw the HR in the 8th that took it to extra innings. (Its Lyon btw, so S)
