AL Central 2010

With Laird and Everett hitting behind him there is no reason to serve up anything hittable to Inge. I'm betting his numbers would be better if he was hitting 5th or 6th.

Right now it doesn't matter. It seems like Cabrera is the only one hitting right now. Everybody they have faced in the last week or so looks like they should be on the All-Star team. I hope they snap out of this soon. I usually don't see this kind of hitting until September.:(

Welcome back Paul,
Where ya been hiding ? :)

Well ninth inning, Galaraga going back on the mound, lets see if he can get the no-no

Yes, went from the catch of the year for the first out to the blown call of the year. Galaraga was robbed

KILL THE UMP!!!!! HE WAS ROBBED!!!!

:rant::rant::rant::rant::rant::rant::rant::rant::rant::rant::rant::rant::rant::rant::rant::rant::rant::rant::rant::rant::rant::rant::rant::rant::rant::rant::rant::rant::rant::rant::rant::rant:

To be fair, the ump also blew a much closer call in which he ruled Damon was safe. That would have been the 3rd out but instead the Tigers scored 2-runs in the inning. The Damon call was very close (less than a foot), but Galarraga clearly beat the runner to the bag by 1/2 step. Again, I hope this ump is fined at least a day of pay because he surely didn't earn it.

Horrible call, intresting seeing the players get after the ump after the game.

Even Red Sox announcers Don Orsillo and Jerry Remy are ranting about the BS call in Detroit!! :rant:

Remy went as far to say, THAT PLAY could be the start of instant replay (not counting fair/foul homers).

What a shame that a FRIGGIN' UMPIRE denied history! :mad:

I have a Galarraga autographed picture. I was going to put it on ebay, starting bid $1,000,000.

WEEI's Dennis and Callahan to be simulcast live on NESN

Don't look now, but Steve Lavin is making St. John's relevant again
