well this answers my question...I figured as such about tickets
MINNEAPOLIS -- Tuesday night's Yankees-Twins contest at Target Field was suspended due to rain with the score tied 0-0 after five innings and will resume on Wednesday afternoon at 4:05 p.m. CT.
Only fans with tickets for Wednesday's contest will be admitted.
More than likely you won't have as many fans at the rest of the suspended game, but I'm sure they are aware of that !
Bert says if you go out to the mound unless you get hurt you should have to pitch to one batter because "doing crap like that is bad for baseball"
Agreed. It might not be against the written rule, but it is definitely bush league behavior by an organization that knows better.
Ya know, there MAY be a written rule about going to the mound and pitching, you would think this type of thing would have a rule.
I dont know if there is but like they said "what can the umpires do? Wag their finger at the Yankee dugout saying "now now thats a no-no"
It was pretty bush league.
