? about software

So my 922 crashed this morning called got new one today, up and running....my ? is with dvr folders with old 922 dvr recordings where in folders with the picture of show on it now with new 922 the folder just has the name of show with no pictures....is this in the software (needing an update) or is it somewhere in settings to get pictures back?

Since it is new you will just have to wait a day or two for everything to re-download. all the vod, software updates, and pictures for the recordings and such will come. just be patient. hope this one works better for you than the last.
