811 with 282 software

We have 3 811s and one of them has 282. The other 2 have 284. They are all on take software updates auto. Has anyone seen this before?

Perform a hard reset on the box, Press and hold the power button on the front of the unit for about 10 seconds. After it reboots power the receiver off via the remote (it has to be in standby mode to receive the update). After about 30 minutes check the software version again. If it still doesn't update contact Dish.
