I am definately waiting until after Sunday to even think about taking it, but I have some questions that I hope someone can answer. I've read a post from someone somewhere that following a 3.34 update to an un-subbed box that the OTA wouldn't work anymore even though the box was still "seeing the stream". Does anyone know if this is true or not? If so, do you think the same thing will happen to a subbed box with 3.34 when the Mpeg-2 HD is shut off down the road? Also does 3.34 set the hook for the $6/mo OTA access fee? My plan is to upgrade to a 622 later and move my 811 to replace my 301 in the bedroom and use the OTA tuner as well. Thanks in advance.
