322 Sat #2 Input issue

A customer is having issues with their 322 after they removed the smart card, I am only able to get 1 Sat Tuner input and that is on Sat 1. Is there a receiver issue, I have reset numberous times and still get a reception error after check switch is done, so I unhooked cable to Sat 2 input.

I have had a problem with no output to TV2 after my 322 receiver has been off for a while in the RV. So far, removing and inserting smart card has fixed problem for me. In each case TV1 has been ok

Yes, it's possible for tv1 to work fine and get an 015 error on tv2. I had a service call like that not too long ago with a 322. Replacing the box fixed the issue.
