301 software

the dish website currently lists three different software versions for the 301, P2.29, P2.05 and P2.04. I'm guessing that 2.04 is listed as 2.05 probably hasn't finished being released yet but what's up with 2.29? Are there different versions of the 301 that use different software releases?

Yes there is a 010 & 013 version of the 301 they require different software.

Sometimes they are named as DP301d and DP301e; I think 'e' mean designed in Eldon, 'd' - by Dish. If you'll check System Info screen you should see build config letters starting from 'D' or 'E'.
