imho none of this years qb class are top 15 picks. It's almost as bad as last seasons class.

From a top 3 pick to 24th isn't long enough for you ?
He was the best of the group at the time.
just ? the wording "typically"

if you said it would not be the first time look at Aaron Rodgers. + salsadancer said falling to 2 round.
anyway
with QB's there are very few sure shots over the years. in that pick him and you will get 10 years of service baring injury etc.
look at all the ? about Cam Newton before that draft, at the time i said you just can't pass on him if you had the #1 pick.

I don't agree. I think Manziel and Bridgewater are going to be really good. Carr will be a solid starter.

Now I think Bortles is going to be a bust.

I don't think Bridgewater will drop that far, someone will take him early. Remember that Ponder, Locker and Manuel were all top 10 picks.

If Bridgewater is there at #29 I would not be opposed to the Patriots taking him and having him learn behind Brady for 3-4 years. Can't play forever and if you can get a guy like that at #29 go for it.

I'm still not convinced with Cam.
Or RG3 for that matter.

Oh he got a shot to play. He never improved. He stated himself he was not taught to be a pocket UNTIL he got to the NFL level.

He only got like 6 games and they were in the middle of the season and then replaced iirc.

As for a pocket QB, thats not what he does.

Many QB's coming out are not pocket QBs any more.
That said, every QB should be able to stand in the pocket and complete passes.

He has never been a very accurate QB.

And the name Bridgewater would work In Massachusetts! :)
