O'Leary's Knights jump to a 7-0 lead over Baylor with a really strong drive to open the game.

After stopping Baylor in 3 downs, UCF marches down the field for another TD.

Way to shine Big 12 "defense".

wow, the officials were really covering for themselves in the Outback Bowl. After royally screwing Iowa out of a 1st down, they find a penalty to give it back to them.

They've been horrible all game. Screwing both teams equally. I've seen JV refs that are way better.
l

all the HD picture does is point it out better.

And Baylor looses 52-42 to the Knights of Central Florida.

I wish O'Leary had never left Ga Tech.

Funnt how last 2 nigts the last game has been the best of the day!! imo :)

Looks like GA is the only SEC team to lose a bowl game so far. 4-1 atm for the SEC.

of the games left

Auburn v FSU
Alabama v Oklahoma
Oklahoma st v Missouri
Vanderbilt v Houston

The biggest chance for an SEC loss here I believe is Missouri and Auburn. I think Missouri.OkSt game will be probably the best of the bunch. Both teams have a lot ot prove. The former Big12 match up now is an SEC v Big 12 battle. I think Alabama will pumble Oklahoma, , Vanderbilt will make short work of Houston and Auburn will have an extremely tough time with that FSU defense. It may even be a blow out. I have not watched enough Auburn football to really determine how I feel about them and I have seen quite a few FSU games this year and man they are scary looking.

I'm looking forward to the Ok St / Missouri game, that should be a really good game.

Bama and Oklahoma ... unless Bama is disinterested (which I doubt with Saban there) they should win ... probably easily, Oklahoma has NEVER played well in Big Bowl games.

Auburn and FSU ... hopefully this is a good game.

Vanderbuilt and Houston, I didn't even know they were in bowl games ...

I'm still baffled as to how ESPN manages to spread these games out so none of them are on at the same time as another ....
How did they manage to have 2 games on at the same time on Thursday ?

The Orange Bowl and the Cotton Bowl have to be on at the same time so you can't watch both games.

And they are the number 7,8,12 and 13th teams in the rankings ...

8. Missouri / 13. Ok St. 7:30 pm Jan 3
7. Ohio State / 12. Clemson 8:30 pm Jan 3

I'm actually looking forward to tonight's game between Oklahoma and Alabama...especiallly since I don't know diddly-squat about the Sooner this year. Could be a lot more interesting than people think. We'll soon find out.

Simple, the Cotton Bowl is on Fox, not ESPN. Fox could care less about ESPN having the slot to themselves.

On the other hand, ESPN did manage to have 3 SEC involved games on at once on New Years Day. My remote got a workout between those 3 games.

Gator Bowl on ESPN2
Capital Once on ABC
Outback on ESPN

There was also a forth (Heart of Dallas) minor one on ESPNU

For some reason, the early games on NY Day are always bunched together. (I'm guessing those were early games.)
