2010 NCAA Football Season

I meant in the fact that they have played in countless BCS Bowl games, yet they seem to lose most of them ;)

Kinda hard to get up for a meaningless game a month after your last game unless it is the so called national title game. The Bowls mean very little anymore and OU has been hit hard with injuries to big name players during those bowl games the last few years.

Frankly I don't think Oregon's defense can stop OU's offense either, but it doesn't really matter as we won't know unless they happen to play each other and OU still has 3 tough road games before they will even think about being ranked number 1.

However, they could meet in another BcS bowl game as well. :)

But nobody else would, so the sponsors would never allow a game like that to happen. The networks would rebel since they don't go for shows with the lowest ratings available, although NBC did renew ND's contract. hehehe

You think rating would be low ?
Btw, I was not talking about as the MNC game, just a good BcS game.

I think MANY people would tune in to see how badly the little guy would get spanked.

Or even the other way around.

Ratings were pretty good when Alabama met Utah in the Sugar Bowl.

I think you're wrong. Boise State is well known now, and people know they can beat the big dogs. People will tune in to root for them (the underdog) and see if they can do it, yet once again.

Only you sourpusses in the South won't watch, cuz one of yer'all guys didn't get in!! :D

Iowa St, Cincinnati, and Air Force seemed to handle OU just fine

Looking like a loss for Texas against Iowa State? Wow. Back-to-back losses in Austin too. Been a while since that happened.

Nice comeback win by the Spartans. Should climb ahead of the LSU/Auburn loser in the polls...most likely LSU. Gonna be tough for "Lucky Les" to pull this one out.

Miles stuck on stupid in the AU game. Putting LSU in a hole by playing the worst college QB in the country, Jordan Jefferson, against one of the better ones. Damn shame.

AU 24 - LSU 17. About what I expected. LSU offense too ineffective to overcome that one huge breakdown by the LSU D - 70 yard touchdown run by Auburn late in the 4th. Congrats Auburn fans.

Thanks.:)

LSU offense is awful. The punter is who kept LSU in the game.

Sooners showing their brilliance and making the same stupid mistakes they have earlier this season, and it's costing them the game. Hopefully all these freshmen and sophomores learn from these mistakes for next year. Missouri is the team I thought would be a sleeper in the Big 12 this year. They have a great offense and just need their defense to step up for them, and they have
