So hows the rankings work out tomorrow.
I mean everyone in the top ten won, so I dont think we see any big change. '
Miami, FSU, Gatech, Penn State, vtech, GA, all 11-20 will drop,
Bringing up South Carolina, Arkansas, WVU, etc

But I will say this, USC is currently struggling at home against Virginia.

I would not be surprised if VA Tech is OUT of the top 20, possibly even the top 25.

Only if they wanted to make absolutely sure that nobody would attend the games, except the extreme die-hard fans and those with boxes.
Don't hold your breath for that to happen, ever, as the "vanity bowls" and even the real ones are all about the $$$$.
I wouldn't go that far. I would say it looks more likely than ever that Boise State and James Madison will be playing each other for the national championship since both reputed powerhouses roughed up VT.
I am making an early pick of JMU in that one, since JMU won by 5 and BSU only by 3. lol Once again we see preseason polls don't mean chit.

Looks like its gonna be a long season for some of the teams.
"Snatching defeat from the jaws of victory" comes to mind after yesterday's game.
I know Boise did not lose, but I can see them dropping a spot. Va Tech "should" be out of the top 25, and Georgia will probably drop out, although I feel that they will be back in soon.
Best S. Carolina team Spurrier has had IMO.
Oh yeah, proud of the bama fans at this game. Jo Pa and the lions got a cheer when they ran out, and he got a standing O when he did his half time interview.
We did do the rammer jammer cheer, but after that, Penn State got another ovation when they left the field. I have always loved this rivalry, and glad to have it back.

Probably. I had to DVR it and haven't wathced the entire thing, just the highlights. Looked like LSU still had a hard time getting the offense on track. West Virginia will be a good test.
No doubt some tough games are ahead for tOSU, especially Iowa (those guys are fine tuned on offense!). But in the end I see tOSU and Bama (@#$%$ers
) in the MNC game. That'll be the final test for your Buckeyes.

All this chatter and not one mention of Air Force ripping BYU. Not that I thought BYU was that good after the Washington game in which both looked suspect, but kudus to the zoomies who put a fitting ending on their 9-11 ceremonies.
Also, as a forlorn CU fan also, that may have saved the Pac-10 from recruting BYU and throwing the Buffaloes back. Now, do any of you think VTech or UCLA may take Hawkins off our hands (come on, he's 1-2)?

VATech doesn't deserve to be in the top 25 after what happened yesterday... being a fan they got alot to do to not only get spots back in the polls but earn some respect back from their fans. Yesterdays loss is just beyond lame with no excuses! I want to see the O-cord's fired as do many other fans, we have been calling for his job for the last 3 years!!

I'll continue to go to the games but the feeling will be like it was in 2007 when they were unranked and prob won't pick back up till they have a game like they did against Clemson that cold November night.
Weren't you just bragging on how tough and great thier team was this year and that they were gonna crush everyone ?
