I'm trying to set up a dish for the first time to get channels from galaxy 19. It's an older dish I got from a relative (no branding anywhere) and it has a universal KU-band single LNBF that's new. I used a satellite finder app to position the dish/lnb, and I searched around for what settings to put into the receiver. I originally got around 45%-55% signal intensity, but somewhere in the process of messing around with the settings / dish position, I now consistently get 0%. I tried using the old settings I had before, rotated the lnb the opposite direction just in case, and it's still 0% so I'm not sure what I messed up. I'm using a short run of coax cable with new terminals, so all the connections should be good. Sorry in advance if I'm leaving out a bunch of info. Your patience will be appreciated
