As it is, no one will care about that game, they'll just look at Pitt's games against Utah, Miami, Notre Dame & West Virgina (teams known for football).

And that is one of the reasons the SEC guys tend to root for other SEC teams.
For example, I went to Southern Miss. They play SC tonight. Alabama also plays SC. So therefore I am going for SC tonight. lol

It's about a 10-11 hour trip from where your at to AA.

The main reason is we just don't like to see yankees win.
sorta joking, but somewhat serious, as southerners tend to join in together in more an us or them than folks up north. We also take college football more seriously down south than up north where they tend to favor pro football.
