Pulling for TCU and UConn tonight. Take the big guns down!

Yaz - while MSU got DESTROYED, let's not forget who they were playing. I still think they were a very good team, but are certainly not a powerhouse(no one ever gave them credit either, including the polls)

Penn State needs a QB worse than the Toledo Rockets.....

You can't expect to win giving up the ball 5 times in a game.

Thats 5 drives that the other team gets that you have nothing for.
Thats what about 1/3rd of the game ?

Anyone have access to ESPN Insider ?
There's talk about Meyer replacing Tressell, of course that could be many years from now, I don't have access to read the rest of the story.

Urban I am guessing will be taking a few years off to get his health straightened out.

Rose Bowl coming down to a On Side Kick, if Badgers don't make it, it's pretty much over.

Edit:
And it SHOULD be all over as TCU covers it.

Congrats to TCU !

Wisc was and still is a good team, TCU just prepared better it seems which is typical of them and Boise St to have all that time to prepare for a big game and win.

Instead of "leaders" and "legends" maybe the Big 10+2 should of went with "beaten" and "defeated".

In all seriousness, the problem with the Big Ten is coaching, Tressel is the only one who could coach down south. As you seen today Belima botched the clock at the ends of both halves.

Your backhand compliment to TCU is a joke. They won every game they played. What else could they do?

Actually, they have already used the Big 2 & Little Eight, but that was back in the Woody and Bo days !

Yesterday was "Bad Day at Big Rock" for the big10:

Big10-0
Others-5

Points:
Big10 - 102
Others - 204

I knew that the state of Michigan was going to fall on its collective face, but all of the others (PSU, NW, & Wisc) to lose as well? NW was playing without the QB who had really brought the team to life, so their loss was expected, although they played a good, close game. PSU & Wisc were also at least not embarrassing losses as they both played good games, but they still lost their games.

Is DickRod now unemployed? "Magic 8-Ball" says "If not now, UM likes looking like a bunch of hacks." :D

Note: MSU couldn't score against Alabama until Saban had pulled the starters (early in the 2nd half.) If he had kept the starters in, score would have most likely ended up 100+ to 0 instead of only a 49-7 beat-down.

All the naysayers about UConn playing in the Fiesta Bowl should now season their words and start to prepare them however they like to eat them. UConn provided a worthy game against OK and compared to teams that were highly rated and beat like a cheap drum, they put on a heck of an exhibition. After seeing the stomping that UConn took from Louisville earlier in the season, I had my doubts, but this turned out to be one of the better games of the day.

BTW, the stands looked full for the game, so just where would have the tickets that UConn & OK were supposed to have sold have gotten seats, in the parking lot? Apparently neither school sold the tickets that they were given to sell, but the stands were full....... new math? The BCS now has invented their own accounting and counting systems?
