2009 Stanley Cup Playoffs

Bill, would you say your "Boston sports Saturday" glass is half-full (B's won in dominating fashion) or half-empty (C's/Bulls game one)?

I guess it would have to tilt towards glass half-full, with the Red Sox being the tiebreaker.

Six of the eight series are now 2-0 (Anaheim-San Jose has yet to play their game 2).

I'm a little surprised that at least some of these series aren't more competitive.

Oh well, like riffjim said, maybe the change of venues will shake things up a little.

They mentioned several times tonight that teams that go up 2-0 win the series 87% of the time !!!

Did you notice the Wings were back in good form last night...now if we can just continue this way....and of course we need to keep the "thugs" from battering our players. We sure don't need injuries at this point.

This series is going to get "chippy" in Columbus. They got some big players on their roster, and their frustration is starting to show. They just skate with us - very few can!

GO RED WINGS!!!

Yes because the Jackets are just full of thugs

Your right they can't skate head to head with the Wings but they are normally a little more physical than the Wings.

I would put Dorsett close to that group and Chimura could be as well.
I think Dorsett Cross Checked Holstrom so many time in yesterdays game that the name on his stick is permamnt on Holstrom now.

The only player on the Jackets that I would call a thug would be Jared Boll.
