I saw a different list published that didn't include Dish, but several airlines and cable companies, so to Scot's point, what methodology is being used for all these lists because we sure get different results?
This list is terrible. At&t should be #2 or 1. Comcast should be in the top 3. These rankings are meaningless. AT&T is the worst customer service you'll deal with. They have extremely rude reps that talk like robots. Comcast is the same way. Dish has good customer service. If you talk to them on chat it's a hit or miss.
True and that is why I think that we would be better off with just VOD of those shows instead of entire channels . The future is going to look a lot like the internet options we are seeing now : Hula plus, Netflix, Amazon etc. Eventually the entire tv model we have today will be a thing of the past.
