Windows R/T PDF Editor

Does anyone know if there's a PDF Editor for Windows R/T that will allow you to edit a PDF (forms based PDF) and allow you to add a signature (can either be added to it from a separate file or finger signed) and save the PDF?

I'm not an R/T guy, but a quick Google search turned up this.

I looked into that. What I don't like is it forces the user to convert the PDF to One Note. This will be nurses using it to fill out and sign forms. I'm trying to make this as easy as possible on them.
