Where is DIRT Hiding?

I can never seem to find any DIRT when I need them.
I look at the botom of the Dish Forum page and the Hopper Zone page and never find any red DIRT.

Do I have to be in Oklahoma to find RED DIRT or what.

What am I doing wrong

I no longer need DIRT today. I called Dish instead and the CSR fixed me right up.
All I needed was labels to return my old H2Ks and Joey.

After what I saw in another thread I thought I would try DIRT.

I'm glad you had a good experience calling in. If you call in, at the beginning of the call, you're usually asked if you'll take a survey at the end of the call. If you say yes, the computer will call you back, and if you had a good experience, don't hesitate to give that agent 5s. If not, grade them accordingly, and you can also leave a message that will be heard by their manager and others.

The only way the phone CSRs can get better is the feedback. Praise the good ones, give good constructive criticism on the ones that make mistakes.
