Whats for breakfast?

Two scrambled eggs in extra virgin Coconut Oil. I used to enjoy my eggs in Olive Oil...until Popeye ran me out of town. Plus, I didn't buy that extra virgin Olive Oil nonsense after catching Bluto and Brutus sneeking around her backdoor. Ug ug ug ug! Oh, and an apple. :)
 
A vigorous workout followed by a workout smoothie made in my Vitamix (pineapple, banana, red grapes, frozen strawberries, frozen blueberries, creatine, cold-milled organic flax seeds powder), roasted pumpkin/sunflower seed mix, a gala apple and coffee. Making the most out of being furloughed (fed).
