I'm not a big breakfast fan, but I always have something (usually a couple eggs and a protein). Today I had a lime green smoothie: pineapple, clementine orange, banana, spinach, lime and ice. Not bad, but it needed a little more lime.
I scrambled about 2 gallons worth of eggs, half with green chile in my disc, another disc had fried cubed potatoes then heated ham from cook yesterday and yet another disc had Asado ... (family reunion) good stuff!
Just water for breakfast tomorrow...having lab work so they can analyze my blood pressure, BMI, Total Cholesterol (HDL, LDL, Triglycerides, Non HDL and Ratio) and Blood Glucose. Welcome to 50.
