Voom Credit for December?

I know this was discussed, but I can't find the thread.

Who here has gotten a credit for Voom for December? I was told by tech support to call back after the middle of the month if the problems don't clear up with Voom channels. I can't get them to credit my account. I know it's $5, but it more principle than anything esp now with the pixellation and audio problems.
 
I called when VOOM was first having problems (couple weeks back) and had them note my account with "well documented" problems was experiencing. I was told to call back after the problem was corrected and I would receive credit for each day of substandard service. I will call ONLY after E* has corrected VOOM PQ issues.

I remember reading that someone received a 32 cent credit for VOOM being out for 2 days ($5.00 / 30 days). Don't spend it all in one place.
 
Ah ha. Found my email where they told me they would credit me a full month if the problems were not resolved by the middle of December. Got my credit.
