Vip622 and LA Local Channels in HD?

I just ordered the new ViP622 DVR to be installed with the Dish 1000 Antenna as part of their new promotion.

Am i now going to recieve the major broadcast channels in HD(ABC, NBC, CBS, Fox etc)? I believe I only get CBS in HD now with my existing Dish 942 DVR...

The Dish website says that Los Angeles local channels are available to me for $5.99/month. No sure if this is for recieving these channels in HD...

I have the Dish Everything Pak ....do I have to pay extra to recieve HD for these channels or is it part of my Everything Pak?

locals are $5 additional to each package. So you'd want DishHD Platinum with locals
