Wolfenstein: Old Blood is $5 on GMG.

Elsewhere, Dragon Age: Inquisition is $20 on Best Buy on all platforms, although it's $20 for the DELUXE editions on PS3/360.

Both of those are pretty awesome deals. Just a heads up. Wolfenstein: The New Order is also part of this sale at $14.99.

You can get both of the new Wolfenstein games for $16 with the 20% off promo code GMGSUM-MERSAL-E20OFF

Freedom Planet is on sale for $4.49 on Steam. As I've said, great game and worth a look if you like platformers, especially ones from the 16-bit era.

Here's a good overview of the game

Humble Store is having a "Japan Games" sale. No, it's not anime related games, but rather games produced by companies from Japan. The biggest attraction is probably Dark Souls 2: Scholar of the First Sin, which is the updated version of DS2 that includes all the DLC available for $25, or 50% off.

Gamefly is having one of their under $20 used game blowout sales. The highlight for me is probably Evolve for $12.99. I'm thinking about picking it up but I don't really need another online multiplayer game at the moment. There is some other decent stuff too though.

Far Cry 4 $14.99
Dying Light $19.99
Dragon Age Inquisition $17.99
Fantasia $17.99
Saint's Row IV Re-elected $12.99

Elder Scrolls Online for consoles is currently $35 on Amazon for Prime members. It's not as good as the $12 I paid for the PC version over the weekend. To be fair the console version was just released while the PC version has been out for about a year

Amazon product ASIN B00DHF39EO.

Edit: You can also get a nice Xbox One bundle. For $399 you get....

The 1TB Master Chief Collection Xbox One Bundle
Borderlands: The Handsome Collection
1 year of Xbox Live Gold.

Amazon product ASIN B0112Y4LXE

This one isn't advertised under the Prime Day deals but Amazon is matching Best Buy's deal on the WD My Passport external hard drives. I've seen these recommended to Xbox One gamers who want to expand their storage several times.

They are recommended because they are much smaller than most external hard drives and they are able to get all the power they need from the USB port.

I'm going to snag the 2TB version since my internal drive has been full for months. Every time I get a new game I have to delete something else to make room.

Edit: apparently games have better load times off these external drives than the stock hard drive too.

1TB version is $56.99

2TB version is $84.99
Amazon product ASIN B00E055H5O

Steam is having an issue right now where everything in the store is showing without a price. I've got a bunch of stuff added to my cart and it says total $0.00.

Edit: I was skeptical that this would actually work but I just tried to go through checkout. On the final step it shows the actual price even though the cart page shows $0.00. No luck for us cheapasses who tried to get over on Steam.

-It looks like the entire site is messed up as I can't see any prices on anything. Not to mention I'm sure there's something in the Steam TOS that allows them to revoke games purchased during a glitch

Speaking of Steam, there's sales on games in the Alien(s) Franchise, Ultra Street Fighter 4 is F2P for the weekend (I'm sure it's discounted as well but I can't see the price for whatever reason) and also The Crew is on sale.

The weekly Humble Bundle was just posted too. I'm at least going to get in at the lowest level because my cousin plays Guns of Icarus Online a lot. I'll have to read up on the "beat the average price" games before I decide if I want that level too.

That Guns of Icarus looks pretty interesting, but it looks like you HAVE to play with a group of friends that can communicate well as opposed to just blindly jumping in. Maybe we could get a Satguys team going. Hell it only costs $1 to buy, down from the normal price of $20.

Here's Game Grumps playing it

I'd be up for that since I just bought the game. Unfortunately whenever we try to plan something like this we are the only two that join up.

I'd also like to try Rocket League (the current PS Plus game) but I probably won't be able to do that until I get back from my trip in about a week. I originally had no interest in this game but I saw the Giant Bomb guys play it and it looks like a great time. Skip to the 28:30 minute mark in this video. The game was having server issues on launch day and they didn't really get into it until that point.

Well being able to get both Metro games is pretty sweet, and MGSV: GZ is basically the definition of a "freebie" game. Worth a play if you haven't yet and want to familiarize yourself with the MGS world. Speaking of, Phantom Pain is coming out in less than 35 days, unless you're getting it for PC.

I've thought about checking out Ground Zeros since it came to PS Plus a little while back but still haven't gotten to it. If I do it will be the first Metal Gear game I play besides my short time with Revengenance.

Yeah you can't compare Revengenance to a standard MGS game. It's worth a look though, even though it's a short experience.

Speaking of, if you have 28 hours to kill and want to get up to speed with the Metal Gear storyline thus far, you can look at these videos that show all the cut-scenes and such from ALL the games, including the MSX and PSP versions. While 28 hours seems like a long time, it's significantly shorter than replaying all these games from start to finish.
