Retro City Rampage is on sale for $3.74. I have never actually played this game but I have it downloaded and ready to go on my Vita for my Canada trip next week. I got it free as a PS Plus download a while back.

Just picked up Shank, Shank 2, and Eets for $2 in the humble bundle weekly sale. I had never actually heard of these games until this humble bundle. The art style in the Shank trailers looked so cool that I decided to buy them anyways. At $2 for 3 games I figure I can't really go wrong even though I have no intention of even downloading Eets.

Funny you bring up borderlands. I have beaten BL2 and some of the DLC on PS3 but I bought it and the season pass on PC a while back because it was a good deal.

Just last night I started playing the PC version for the first time. I figured it was time now that the last season pass DLC is out. I am playing as Salvador, I played Axton on PS3. I am planning on playing through the story and all DLC.

I played about 2 and a half hours with 3 randoms last night and had a good time. Feel free to add me if you want to jump in sometime. My Steam name is the same as it is here but I will be out of the country from the 2nd through 10th.

One more thing with these Borderlands deals on amazon. The Psycho Pack and the Mechromancer pack are both on sale for $4.99 too instead of the normal $9.99. These are the only 2 pieces of DLC I don't own on PC and PS3. I almost bought them just now but I decided to hold off. This is the first time I have seen these character DLC's on sale but so far I have only played through with Axton and just started my first play through with Salvador. Seeing as I still haven't even attempted a play through with Maya and Zero I don't think I need the new characters. After I beat the game and DLC with Salvador I'll consider playing through True Vault Hunter Mode(essentially new game+) or buying one of these characters.

Some great sales on the PSN this month. I have my eye on about a half dozen of these, though I don't know if I have time to play them seeing as I still have over a dozen free games from Plus I haven't touched yet. What are people's thoughts on Alice Madness Returns. I don't mind spending the money if I know I'll actually play it ahead of my free games.

Thanks for the link. As entertaining as always. I think the fact that I'm questioning and debating this game so much probably means my time would be better served going for a game I have no question about playing at some point, namely Dishonored, Last of Us, Tomb Raider, and Bioshock Infinite (to name a few). Just hate to pass on such a steal of a price.

Not really a "deal" because it's free 2 play, but one of the classic games from my childhood, Shadow Warrior, is available for free on Steam. If you liked Duke Nukem 3d or the other BUILD games you'll probably find some enjoyment in this, although it DOES have some level design issues.

So far all I have picked up is Fez and Fallout New Vegas. That website you posted was a huge help to me. They have way more games listed for sale with links than I am seeing by going directly to the steam store. I already own most of the games on one platform or another that I am interested in that have seen steep discounts. I am still checking in every 8 hours or so for the new flash deals. One game I am interested in picking up is Skyrim. I would get either the base game or the legendary edition depending on value but I haven't seen either at a price point I find attractive enough for a game that is a couple years old now. I think it might have been one of the first round of flash deals I missed while I was still in Canada but I'm hoping for another drop at some point during the sale.

Here's a tip I learned with these sales. DON'T BUY THE GAMES FOR YOURSELF. Say you're getting as a gift and they'll give you the key. That way if later you decide you don't really want the game you can just send the key to someone else. Just don't lose that key of course.
