USA-SD Tile/Signal Tearing

I've noticed this issue at night/overnight with USA-SD.. During programming from USA, the source signal has continuous intermittent spikes and tiling issues. Did a fair amount of trouble shooting with my equipment and found no issues in the set-up. The issue doesn't happen when Dish cuts away to air their own commercial/promo content. Can anyone assist in reporting this issue to the operations center?

What specific shows are you seeing it on, what time?

I've seen it consistently during the overnight hours for the last week or 10 days. Watching House and Law & Order: SVU this morning, the issues have seemed to disappear. I had seen the same issues intermittently during the daytime/prime time hours only on USA-HD also.
