Upgrade

First post, be kind.
I upgraded to HD in january. Retention gave me $149 pkg, (free SHO and Hd free for 6months and HBO for $2 amonth for 6 months. Looked at my account today on line and they are charging me full price for HBO. My question is what # do I call to straighten this out, with getting a runaround.

They shoud charge you and provide a credit on the same statement.

The way it was explained to me if they will issue you a credit on one statement for the full amount and then you'll get charged once a month for the price.........it'll equal out at the end.........
