Anyone here had luck with Harmony remote and Joey 4 or WJ 4

Harmony 650/665 database shows a Joey 4, but not WJ4. I added it to my deivces, but lo and behold, it has NO DVR command. Using old WJ as devce, several commands will not work on WJ4, like DVR, exit, live TV, Menu. I may try teaching some newer cmmands to the WJ device. The Joey 4 device will not allow any teaching. Very frustrating and disappointing.
