TWC WNY customers getting the shaft!

One of the problems Time Warner has with the Buffalo market is they inherited an antiquated Adelphia system when they purchased it. Buffalo has been playing catchup for the last two years with channels additions in SD and HD.

Now FIOS has come into the area and TW is way behind in HD and SD channels as compared to their competitor. TW still has not added the following channels to their lineup and it will probably take them years before they are added:

1. WGN America--------------SD & HD
2. Military History Channel--SD
3. FamilyNet-------------------SD
4. Ovation---------------------SD
5. CNN-International--------SD
6. Colours---------------------SD
7. RFD-TV----------------------SD
8. Encore----------------------HD
9. Encore W-------------------HD & SD
10. Movie Plex----------------SD
11. Retroplex-----------------SD
12. Indiplex---------------------SD
13. Pentagon Channel------SD
14 HBO-W---------------------SD & HD
15. HBO Signature W-------SD & HD
16. HBO 2 W------------------SD & HD
17. Starz W-------------------SD & HD
18 Independent Film--------HD
19 AMC-------------------------HD
20. Cinemax W---------------SD & HD

Don't hold your breath waiting for FIOS. I live in area of new homes on Grand Island and we can't even get DSL from Verizon.

My area sucks!! 39 HD channels in total (Hudson Valley).

39 HD channels and you complain? Heck there are not even 39 channels that have non-stop HD programming. Its not the numbers that matter its the channels themselves. If your market has the channels you watch most in HD then hey your happy even if they only have 20HD channels total.
