Trouble with 322r

Hello,

I have a dp500 with (2) dp301's and (1) dp 322r, (2)dp34''s.

The two dp 301's work fine and receive all channels. signal strength about 50-60.

The problem is with the 322 receiver.
I power off and when I power back on I get error screen 502. I hit cancel and get install summary screen.

Sat #1 input 119 ok, 110 ok, Reception verified, Switch dp 34.
Sat #2 input 119 ok, device: feed, reception verified, dp feed, nothing for Sat 110

I then press the test option, does test for Sat input #1, 3 of 3, does not test Sat input #2, screen goes back to error 502.

In order to make work, I have to hold the power button until receiver resets, then go to

1) System setup
2) Installation
3) Point Dish

At point dish screen, shows TV2 input, i change this to tv1 input. Next screen is Attention 015, wait for 5 of 5, wait for download guide, then everything on TV1 is back to normal. I never get Tv2 to work.

Is it the receiver?

Tech support cannot help and want's
to send a tech out.

Why do you have 2 DP34s with only 4 tuners connected? Are they both connected to the same DP 34?

I had another receiver hook up, but since removed it. All worked up untill a couple days ago with the two dp34's hooked together.
