Trouble shooting the hooper joey system

I would like to start a discussion for field techs on better trouble shooting some of the problems with the Hooper joey systems. Maybe we can talk about new updates with the satbudys or maybe trouble shooting the joey linking problems. Anyone come across a bad node and how did you know? Am i the only one amazed that it took almost 2 months for a satbudy update to check the sig behind the node after Hooper release. Have you had customers upset about hopper resets. I would like to hear some of the problems and solutions you have come up with.
