Hello,
I have a Hopper 3 with three Joey 3 in the system. When I change channels on any of the Joey's, I get a crackle pop sound. I do not get this on the Hopper itself. I have checked all the optic cables and the look good. It also does not matter if I have the audio set to Dolby or not, same issue. Any thoughts?

Thank you JR

Did you try a pull the AC cord reset?

Hello,
Yes, thank you for the reply. I did power down all and let sit for one minute, all the same still. Thank you
Power down and letting it sit for a x amount of time is not the same as a AC cord reset as the former, the plug is never unplugged so the capacitors still remain charged while the later, it is unplugging from the wall so the capacitors and the other things get discharged.
