The Road to SuperBowl XLIV: The Official 2010 NFL Playoffs Thread

Feely misses a long one.

The Jets should have played the field position game there.

Thats 6 points the Jets have missed out on, hope it doesn't come back to haunt them.

Actually, I started watching the Colts a year or so ago when Anthony Gonzalas (Buckeye's) was drafted there ..... unfortunatly after becoming the next go to guy after Reggie, Anthony was injured(ACL, if I remember correctly) in the first game this year and is missing out on all the fun they are having there.

I am beginning to wonder if he'll get back on the field next year with the way the others have been playing this year.

On the other side (Jets) Nick Mangold has helped solidify the Offensive line with Ferguson and Woody (former Lion and Colt) and Alan Fanaca former Steeler
Also Ben Hartsock (TE) for the Jets another former Buck.

The better team is obviously going to win...................congrats to the Colts!! :up

Manning, Garcon and Collie were just too much for the Jets to handle.

The Jets will be a force to be reckoned with......... going forward!

IF New Orleans wins tonight ..........

Do we see a Shoot Out in the SB ?

42-35 ?

I would think so.

My guess is IF New Orleans wins, the SB will be a pick 'em or the Colts a slight favorite.

IF Minnesota wins, I think the Colts will be at least a field goal favorite.

Game Over, Sanchez picked Colts will move on 30-17.

Colts trailed at one point 17-6.

Congrats to the AFC Champs Indy Colts !!!

Also Congrats on a very good year by the NY Jets.

You think the Indy / Vikings line would be 3 points, now or at game time ?

Personally, I think the Colt should be about a 4-6 point pick over the Vikes.

The Vikes D isn't as good as the Jets and the Peytons put up 30 on the jets after they got going and the game settled in.

You're right, it would probably be more like 6 points, but if it's the Saints it will be less.

So...all this crap about resting their players might comeback to haunt them was all hot win.
Great year for JETS... a very young team and more likely to be the favorites to win the AFC east.
The good news about the Colts winning that a horde of 40,000 obnoxious JETS will not be invading south florida.

Your toooo funny ..... :up

One post you WANT the hordes for obnoxious fans and the next you don't !

This is Priceless !

Now there was an interesting stat:

The Indy Colt advance to thier 4th SB ......

ALL of them were played in MIAMI

I saw that...............very interesting!

It reminds me of two Super Bowl stats regarding the Patriots...........

* The Pats have played in six SBs, but the first three were in New Orleans

* FOX has broadcasted five Super Bowls, but only ONE (Denver-Atlanta) didn't involve the Patriots

The Super Bowl will have either a highly-anticipated QB matchup in Manning and Favre or the first Super Sunday with both #1 seeds since my Bills faced (and lost to) Dallas in January 1994.

i got colts and vikings. but i wouldn't be shocked if the jets won.
so far got one right but the jets put up a hell of a fight. the fins now have to worry about the jets besides worrying about the pats in the afc east.congrats to the jets fans on a wonderful season

I just can't get excited about this NFC game. I lost interest in the Saints when they lost their undefeated season and then stunk it up with some consecutive losses.

Yes, but N.O. is still a feelgood story with Katrina not that long ago.
This is the best Saints team I remember in my lifetime.
