Dr. Flox's race was just polygamy.
Huh. Your memory is better than mine. But we're both misspelling "Phlox". The Denobulan.

Weak reply. So what did they change the baby to?watch the episode
And what IS a female Moclan? They have two sexes. Watch that episode. IF one is born female, they do a surgical sex change and make it male.
Hey, you started it. I was just following your lead.Huh. Your memory is better than mine. But we're both misspelling "Phlox". The Denobulan.
If they did, I don't remember it.Didn't ST:tNG have an episode where the species needed three genetic parents to produce offspring?
I'll continue to watch, for now. At least it's not a yet-another-dystopian future attempt at Sci-Fi.
In my opinion, that episode was one of the worst episodes they did ...Thanks, I knew it was on the Enterprise, but it was a question of which Time?
I also remember the Trill from Next Generation and Deep Space Nine. The episode on ST:tNG where Doctor Crusher had a romance with a Trill and couldn't handle it when the Trill transferred to a different body was at the essence of "Love is Love is Love": are you in Love with the spirit/soul, or with the physical container of that soul? (I guess I read enough Heinlein at an early enough age to "grok" what the writers wanted to convey in that episode.)
Even worse than the "Q" episodes? Or the "Naked Now" episode from season one? Or any early "Wesley the Wonderkid Saves the Enterprise (again)" episode? In my opinion, that episode was one of the worst episodes they did ...
Then what? I'm still going to be right.Watch the episode.
I believe I've been corrected enough times to feel safe to say this was the "Cogenitor" episode from Season 2 of "Star Trek: Enterprise".The TNG episode with 3 genders…
Or any early "Wesley the Wonderkid Saves the Enterprise (again)" episode?
When did Wesley Crusher become a cast member on Orville?
Maybe once the topic is worth discussing...When did Wesley Crusher become a cast member on Orville? LET'S get back on topic.
When do we finally get the Borg (a.k.a. Isaac's race) finally showing up to claim their superiority against humans and wage an all-out war in the quadrant?
I think he'd be a good addition. He's actually a good actor now.Don't give Seth any ideas!
I think he'd be a good addition. He's actually a good actor now.
What sucked for him, is that the character and writing for the character in TNG was pure crap. That was a no win situation for an child actor.
I agree, Roddenberry was also why the first movie was boring, and the Khan was so great (he was shut out of that one).Wesley was PURE Gene Roddenberry all the way. HE wrote that character and insisted he be in it. Wesley is one of the biggest reason Gene was finally completely shut out of ALL TNG decisions. That's why the first two seasons mostly SUCKED.
