The Mentalist

They based the series on Red John, so if he is revealed, we're kinda done.
I've enjoyed the characters, but the recent concentrating on RJ so much, has really gotten tiresome.
I'm ready for something new. :)
.
In Dexter, we had a new bad guy arc every year, and dispatched him.
That formula worked.
Building up RJ for so many seasons, means he can't be replaced.

Yes, now my question is does Haffner have one ? not sure what to make of the spider thing

I guess we'll find-out soon about the tattoo...of course, I get the feeling several Visualize leaders have them, to include several members of judicial/law enforcement. I stick by my claim that Red John is more about a group than it is about an individual. Moreover, it's becoming pretty clear (although we may just be being purposefully mislead by the writers) that Red John is synonymous with the Visualize Cult. If so, then Brett Stiles would have to be head of the Red John organization (aka Murder Inc.).

We shall see...

TV was on most of the day, but with unexpected family visit, I didn´t watch a full show, football game, etc,

I know I missed part of tonight´s show, but I didn´t see anything related to the Red John thing, episode was about Rigsby´s father getting shot and killed, in a gang related thing.....

So, did they air a different episode, or am I missing something ?

My pvr was acting up, so I downloaded the proper show.
Pretty good. A little creepy at the beginning. :)
I won't offer any comments until everyone is up to speed.

Thats what was showed in NY.

Too funny! The episodes looked familiar and it explains why Rigsby had a baby-sitter and not Van Pelt and...not to mention the not mentioning of Red John, which has been the focus of each and every episode this season. I'm just surprised Tivo recorded it as a 'new' episode; they must have gotten some bad scoop from CBS.
