I encourage throttling and cancelling services to the abusers, but Sprint is already throttling the vast amount of their customers whose 4G LTE phones can connect only to their over-saturated 3G networks. I don't think it's possible for me to abuse Sprint's networks. What are they doing to do...limit my 15Kb connection speed down to 7Kb?

I suggest you cut that thread and switch ASAP. I haven't seen any signs that Sprint's network is improving. And I'm not a fan of their framily advertisements either.

The commercials make no sense really. They're as bad as Dish with the little kangaroo commercials.
