You should not have any problems upgrading to any device while on a Sero Plan. I'm on one as well so you should be able to keep your current plan they might add a extra premium data fee but besides that you should be fine. I usually call in when I do my upgrades that way you can ask questions so forth the Sprint Sero number is 1-888-876-8381. So just give them a call when your ready to upgrade your device.
