does anyone else notice ABC on Dish has a wandering volume..???? the other networks dont
have any trouble... the volume fades in and out..

You have to be a bit more specific. There are many ABCs across the country. Which specific channel are you talking about? My ABC channel, KGO, San Francisco, is just fine....
