They release it to some receivers to test them, (yes, we're their guinea pigs) and if they don't hear from customers then they release it to all receivers.

I'm seeing a lot of "lost locks" with this new version in my 625 receiver. I periodically check the Counters or System Info to see if my receivers are losing the signal. Before this version I always had (0, 0), now I'm seeing (16,18) lost locks.

Can anyone else confirm this? Did the software update make my receiver more sensitive to signal loss?

It's been pretty dry in California, so I don't think that's the cause. Besides the switch is inside in the garage. All other receivers are fine, I'm blaming this software update. As long as I can watch TV, I'm fine though.

I just had a phone call from dish network saying the p364 software fixes the missing timer issue. I'll believe that when I see it.

Dish also had me delete all my timers and reinstall them again. I had done this already before without success

The last thing dish told me was to not turn off my receiver, that it can keep my receiver from turning on to record the timer.

Did the 622's receive something? I woke up today to find my receiver reset, the modulator channel for tv # 2 was reset to 60, and the RF remote wanted the address to be confirmed again. Any ideas on if that got an upate last night Smith P ? ;0
