Is this meant to address some of the 1080P Sonys that have been failing Dish's compatibility test?

Curious if anyone else has this issue I noticed recently (before the latest update). When you hit info (first time) to see the program description, I can read everything except for the episode number and original air date. It appears the font color is incorrect for the transparency. You can actually see it, but it does not match all of the other fonts on the screen.

However, when I hit info the second time, it is as legible as all the other content.

Perhaps it is fixed in this release?
