So if things do end up not working out for Voom what's gonna happen to all that HD content?

Will Dish or Direct end up buying it?
Will it be sold off in chunks to various providers?
Will Cablevision show it on their HD lineup?
Will it get flushed down the toilet?
Will a new channel or two come out of this and Cablevision make it available to all providers? <--- I am hoping this one.

With such a lack of HD content it would be a shame to see it all just go away.

Maybe CVC feels they can profitably package the programming into a channel or two. They'd have to feel there was a market for it, though, and, as has been stated repeatedly here and elsewhere, D and E seem locked into strategies which don't seem to include mass HD for a mass audience.

I'd sure like a copy of all the new HD channel bumper animations they did, on a new blue-ray HD DVD! Just for nostalgia sake, you know? Creatively, I really dig those bumpers!

Maybe if Voom folds, the channels will survive and make it to multiple outlets. I'm hoping Voom HD, LLC succeeds and takes over from Rainbow LLC, though.
