sirius online stream does not work at all

my sirius online stream does not work at all and i paid for sirus everything and that includes free online listening and all the info for my sirius radio is correct but it still wont work at all and i am getting very very mad about this whole darn thing and i have been sending sirius.com lots of e mails about this whole problem that i am having and they have not responded to any of my e mails

The XMRadio side is working just fine as well. Perhaps you are not logging in to the site properly.

I have XM and my online listening takes over 2 minutes to load up before I can get a channel to start playing but it does work.
