I just found it the other day. You set it up with your login and have access to all the Sirius internet channels right through windows media player. It lists all the channels, artist and title in real time so you can see what's on all the channels at once and switch whenever you want.
In the past, I've never really listened on the internet because I hate the login process and the Sirius player. This does it all for you after setup. It actually made me upgrade to the better quality internet radio. Just be sure to change the stream from the default low to high for the better quality in the options.
