I haven't ordered it yet, but I am leaning twards Verizon.

(I have my iPad on Verizon and my iPhone on AT&T and the data seems more reliable on Verizon)

I have both Mobile Broardband with AT&T and Verizon and would have to agree Verizon is more reliable.

Yes sorry it is a Roku XS.

The only one you can't win twice is the Amazon Gift Cards. If you win once you are still eligible for the rest of the prizes.
