I can't get Fuse HD to authorize. Tried reseating the access card, doing receiver refreshes, and even a red button reset. Error 721. Fuse SD works fine, so it should be in my package.

That is weird. If you are still not getting Fuse HD—do you suppose it could be that your receiver is bad?

Could have been an authorization issue with a new channel.

It works now. Not sure when it stated working, just checked today.
