I have had a window pop up saying that there "might" be a conflict and would I like to record on the other Hopper many times. Well, No. I always select no and there are no problems, it makes the timer on the Hopper I am on and that's it. Although there was one time I was setting a timer for Grandma and would tell her it was on my machine. But to my delight I got the "record on the other Hopper" window, so I was able to make it record on her machine. I think it was a one time only. So the one time it worked out. But I get them all the time and there's no reason, and when I chose "No" it does as it should.
Enter a new "issue". At some point and time Grandma set a timer for "So you think you can dance". The timer is on her HwS, but it records on mine all the time. I have no timer in my listings for it so I can't stop it on my HwS.
So being able to set a timer on another Hopper shouldn't be a problem. . . Parenthetically. Just a little software juggling. Wait lots of problem to deal with first. I'll just put that on a bucket list.
