So I need to actually download DriveClub to my PS4 now, not just have it on my download list? I wonder if that means I can keep it even if my PS Plus membership expires (which it will next week).
Broken Age is nice, something I might have bought during a good sale. I believe the PS4/Vita versions include both Act 1 and 2. And Chariot interests me as well. I'm not sure about the others.
I highly doubt it will be removed from your download list as long as you "purchased" it while it was free. I think the idea is that it will no longer be available to "purchase" for free starting next month.
I still can't believe they didn't offer the full version to PS Plus members after making them wait so long for the free version. They got their launch day sales in several months before the free version was available so it wouldn't have cost them that much in terms of lost sales to offer the full version as an apology.
I've been playing the Forza series on Xbox One lately and I'm curious about racing games like Project Cars for the first time in my life. I've never even really considered giving my free version of Drive Club a try though since I know it's really just a demo for the paid version.
Not only that but the car list is insultingly small even in the full game when you compare it to just about any other racing game on the market.
Edit: I just did a google search to confirm what I was saying about how many cars are in the game.
The full version of Driveclub includes 50 cars without a single one made by Chevrolet, Ford, or Dodge. No Corvette, Camaro, Charger, or Mustang in a racing game seems a little off to me.
Forza Horizon 2 which I am currently playing advertised that there were over 200 cars included at launch. That isn't including all the cars in the season pass.
