Same here. That is what it was when I got it over a year ago and my subscription renewed a month ago with the 25% discount. No way in my account to now use the 50% discount. I am going to try to contact them and see if I can get it changed to the new 50% discount.It is actually 25%…. I have that.

Provided its a current screen shot, regardless as long as he hasn't cancelled , he should get it.Save that screenshot and send to CS. They should honor the discount if it's posted on their website.

Also don't open more than one tab in your web browser that is using the chat or the competing tabs will end the chat in the other tab and if that happens you have to start all over.Let us know if you are successful.

I know I had my annual sub before the 25% discount was available and after I initiated the discount I got the 25% the next time. Sadly for me my annual plan just renewed back in October with the 25% off military discount. They did remove that from my account and I was able to add in the new code for the 50% off military discount and it shows the 50% off promo in my account. However it won't take effect until October 2025 when my current annual plan is set to renew again. Not the solution I was hoping for but better than not getting it all so I will still have the 25% off for the current plan and then next year it will renew at the 50% off for the lifetime of my subscription.

If you cancel now...you will still have access to Paramount+ until the cancellation takes effect next August and you will not be refunded for any fees you have paid. I am not sure if it will let you resub while your account is still good until August. Just go to the link, verify your service, get the code. Enter it in the coupon area of your account. It should override and renew at the 50% discount next August.
